How many Supreme Court cases can you name? After reading and listening to Professor Stephen A. Higginson’s article, Constitutional Advocacy Explains Constititutional Outcomes, 60 Fla. L. Rev. 857, you’ll probably be able to list a lot more than just Roe v. Wade.
